1. AI-Powered Screening Questions

Clients love asking screening questions – and now AI helps you answer them. This is a big one!

How it works:

• When a job has screening questions, AI generates smart, personalized answers
• Answers are tailored to both the job description and your profile
• Build your own database of common questions with guidelines for AI responses
• Test question matching on real jobs to refine your approach

The result? More personalized proposals that stand out, without the manual work.

2. Finding Missing Jobs

Ever wondered "Why didn't this job show up in my feed?" Now you can find out!

Just paste any Upwork job URL into the search field and Getmany will tell you exactly why a job isn't in your Jobs Preview section – whether it's an excluded keyword, budget mismatch, project duration, or any other filter violation.

No more guessing. Full transparency on how your filters work.

3. Extended Search History

You're no longer limited to 15 days of job history. Depending on your plan, Getmany now lets you search jobs posted within the last 30 or 90 days, giving you access to a wider pool of opportunities.

Whether you want to focus on fresh listings or explore what you might have missed in previous weeks, the choice is yours.

4. Smarter Client Location Filtering

We've upgraded the Client Location filter with a powerful new option: you can now choose to include or exclude jobs where the client's location is unknown.

This gives you more control over your search results. Depending on your needs, you can either expand your opportunities by including jobs with unspecified locations, or tighten your focus by filtering them out.

5. Under the Hood Improvements

We also shipped tons of improvements you might not see directly:

• Fresh new look with updated fonts and UI polish across the app
• Analytics improvements – enhanced data views and timeline grouping (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Performance upgrades – faster scoring, smarter caching, cleaner code
