Profile Views Dashboard

Our new Profile Views dashboard displays Upwork statistics on your daily number of profile views. You can view the cumulative data for all profiles or break it down by individual profiles. Quick Note: you will only find Exclusive Agency Members on the list. 🤝

Metrics Dashboard

Another update is the revamped metrics dashboard, which gives you a comprehensive view of Upwork's activity and performance.

We've rearranged some of the metrics and added new ones. The updated dashboard now includes Proposal Sent, Profile Views, Replies, View Rate, Reply Rate, Average Application Time, Connect Spend, and Cost Per Reply. You can also break down statistics by Job Searches, Business Manager, and Freelancer. Deeper insights = better results 😎

Cover Letters At a Glance!

You can now view generated cover letters directly on the dashboard. We've also added the employers’ questions and your / AI responses. ✨
