1. Smarter Job Search with Keywords

Our updated Job Search makes finding relevant jobs easier than ever:

• Search simultaneously or separately in skills, titles, and descriptions for enhanced precision and flexibility.
• Custom Search Options: Use OR operator to find jobs with any keywords. Use AND operator to find jobs with all keywords. Search for exact keyword matches or use the asterisk * symbol to find variations.

2. Find Jobs That Fit Your Budget and Connects

Save your connects and work smarter by filtering jobs with:

• Hire Rate: Choose clients who hire often, giving you a higher chance of closing a deal.
• Connects Budget: Set the minimum and maximum amount of connects you’re willing to spend.
• Average Hourly Rate Paid: Target clients who pay within your preferred hourly rate range.

3. Advanced Client Filters

Now you can choose clients based on their hiring preferences and history:

• Verified Payment & Contact Details: Pick clients with verified payment methods and even verified phone numbers.
• Industry-Specific Filters: Work with clients in industries that match your expertise.
• Hire History: Decide if you want to work with first-time clients or experienced Upwork employers.
• Time Zones: Work with clients in time zones that fit your schedule.

4. Hiring Preferences Filters

Make sure every job aligns with your strengths:

• Filter by language proficiency or vendor location to find the perfect match.
• Choose to see only Featured Projects, which are highlighted for their credibility.
• Exclude jobs with client questions to save time and focus on straightforward applications.

5. Contract-to-Hire Opportunities

Looking for something long-term? Use the Contract-to-Hire filter to find clients searching for freelancers they want to hire on a permanent basis.
